Only what you enter in the quote form or send us by email, WhatsApp or WeChat: name, company, contact details, country and the details of your project.

Why

To answer your request, prepare a quote and, if we work together, run your project. We do not sell or rent your data and do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are relayed to our mailbox by a form-forwarding service (FormSubmit). Messages sent via WhatsApp or WeChat are subject to those services' own policies.

How long

We keep request data for as long as needed to handle it and follow up, and no longer than 3 years without contact.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to office@vitalictrading.com.
